MSPC flooring
MSPC, that is, Melamine SPC. We use melamine paper as top layer instead of film paper, which is same decor as laminate flooring. Here we will call it MVP,Melamine Vinyl Plank,which is also Most Valuable Plank.
MSPC(MVP) is much more anti-scratch than traditional laminate flooring:
Firstly, Anti-scratch and Wear resistant are totally different properties.
Briefly speaking, by anti-scratch, we mean its ability to resist unrecoverable scratches. Wear resistant refers to its wearlayer
performance.The thicker wearlayer floor has,the more wear resistant.

MSPC Flooring Structure
MSPC FLOOR, that is, Melamine SPC Floor. It has three layers.
The toplayer is impregnating paper which is super anti-scratch after special treatment. The paper design is same as laminate floor, which has been popular more than 30 years.
The core is SPC white core, 100% virgin material, greater stability and flexibility than WPC or LVT Floor.
The bottom layer is balance paper. Balance layer is helpful in balancing the internal strength of the three layers in case of
curling problems.
It comes in different colors, beige,brown, red and other colors can also be customized.

The three layers are hot pressed together with special connectors, thus ensuring its extreme peeling strength after exposed in water for 24hours.
Same as other pvc flooring, acoustic pad including IXPE and EVA is optional on the back of balance paper.

Making proforma invoice to you as your order quantities , you pay the deposit, we make bulk production, then you pay the balance before shipping flooring.
